This paper intends to critically evaluate the impact of globalization on economic growth, poverty
and inequality. Based on the discussion, the flow of knowledge, technology as well as skilled
labour from other countries due to factor mobility resulting from globalisation has accelerated
the domestic production. The increased flow of foreign capital in form of FDIs and exports has
caused the rise in economic activities engaging more people and simultaneously reducing the
level of poverty.
