The following report has analysed the project planning procedure of the Turkish based construction company Enka in its projects. The scope of the project undertaken by Enka as to enhance the level of productivity of the Erbil Power Plant located in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The Gantt char and network diagrams have been used to develop the overall planning schedule of the undertaken project by Enka.
