In this study, the objective was to perform a supply chain planning process for a company that is trying to reduce the expenses of the production and distribution activities of the firm. The study has focused on the detailed issues which can influence the supply chain activities and selected appropriate options with justifications. Based on the approval of the management, the next phase of the supply chain planning and restructuring process will be implemented for the company.
