The following report has analysed the implications of the 5 Rights Model on the present lean management framework incorporated in the business operational activities. Lean methodology of supply chain is one of the most common processes being implemented for streamlining the operational practices and to also boost up the performance of the company in the market place. Although lean has existing similarities with that of the aspect of the 5 Rights Model, supplier management within the lean can be further developed with a total integration of the operational process.
